Hi all, I'm looking to rent out my apartment while I'm away. It's simple, clean, and will come mostly unfurnished. It would suit someone who perhaps is looking to get started in Berlin or needs something urgent for the next few moths.
Perfect flat for a single person in the best location of Berlin!
The apatment has a modern bath and kitchen and beautiful wooden floors. There will be some furniture (side board, kitchen counter, washing machine and wifi!) in the apartment but I will be taking most of it so you would need your own matress. I am looking for someone who is fairly quite and respectful considering noise with to my neighbors.
In the heart of Prenzlauer Berg, I can't think of a better location! Lots of beautiful Restaurants and Cafes just outside the door and around the block.
Regarding public transport it is 2minutes from the tram (Fröbelstraße), and 2 blocks from M10 (Prenzlaur Allee/Danziger Str). Netto, Edeka, Lidl & Rewe are just around the corner.
I am looking for a reliable person who will take care of the apartment during my absence and handle my things with care (because I have recently moved over there so I want someone responsible). To be on the safe side, I would take a small deposit before the start of the rental period, which you will of course get back immediately after the rental period (within on week).
